① To ensure the service life of the battery, all batteries put into use should be in a fully charged state, and batteries with insufficient charging cannot be used.
② Try to avoid overcharging and over discharging the battery as much as possible (supplementary charging can be arranged when 20% is displayed on both sides of the midpoint during daily use.) Note: If the battery is deeply discharged, it should be charged as soon as possible. We suggest that you do not leave the discharged battery for more than a day. In addition, if the battery is discharged in large quantities exceeding 80% of its rated capacity, it will shorten the battery life. Before charging, it is recommended that you stop using the battery and let it cool down for a period of time
③ Daily maintenance: Charge the battery after each discharge. After charging, the electrolyte level must be checked. If necessary, add distilled water to the rated liquid level at the end of charging. The electrolyte level should not be lower than the battery protection plate. Never add acid!
④ Weekly maintenance: Check if the pole bolts are tightened, and if necessary, tighten them again,
⑤ Monthly maintenance: During the charging period, when the charger is not disconnected, the voltage of all battery cells and battery packs should be measured and recorded. If significant changes or differences are found between the measured values of battery cells and battery packs and previous measurements, it is necessary to request further testing and maintenance from the after-sales service agency,
⑥ Battery maintenance: To avoid leakage, the battery should always be kept clean and dry. The liquid in the steel shell of the battery assembly box must be sucked out and removed. After cleaning, repair the uninsulated parts of the battery assembly box steel shell to ensure its insulation and prevent corrosion of the assembly box steel shell.
⑦ Storage of batteries: If not in use, the fully charged battery must be placed in a dry, water free room. To ensure that the battery is always in a standby state, it should be charged evenly once a month.
